Safety Management
REC adheres with SSHO/SSHP per EM-385-1-1 standard in implementing any activity in the site. A complete Accident Prevention Plan is always available onsite and sees to it that it is properly maintained and complied with on personnel security/safety requirement such as safety regulations, warning signs/signage, material storage & handling, safe drinking water, emergency first-aid kit & nurse, housekeeping & correcting noted deficiencies. All workers & visitors shall be required necessary identification information. The site shall have health, safety record and coordinated accident report at all times.
Quality Control
A complete Quality Plan will be submitted to Proponents in accordance with contract requirements. REC will ensure quality control of the construction works, materials delivery, project/product submittals, construction plan and documents. There will be a random check and inspection for the warehouse management system, thorough review of laboratory reports. Also, establish contingency measures on QC deficiencies and preventive actions on non-conformance. A Quality Control Manager is headed the QC Department
